Primary Objectives
[1] To assess the prevalence of at least moderate clinical disease activity using the Clinical Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index 2000 (cSLEDAI-2K), the cSLEDAI-2K-glucocorticoid index (cSLEDAI-2KG), and the Physician Global Assessment (PhGA) indices, among patients with SLE treated in routine care settings in Greece.
[2] To classify the study population in the different clinical disease activity states using the cSLEDAI-2K, the cSLEDAI-2KG and the PhGA indices, and to assess the degree of agreement among the three classification systems.
[3] To estimate the clinical remission rate using the 2021 DORIS definition of remission in SLE.
